Will the XO come in a box?

Yes, we are going to produce a box for all of the XO in this campaign, including a detailed rulebook.

If I choose as an add-on only Barrage Digital, should I pay the shipping cost for the add-ons?

No, Barrage Digital is not a physical add-on so no shipping costs will be charged.

Where will the products be shipped from?

All products, including pledges and add-ons, will be shipped from Italy in a single shipment. This logistical choice allows us to guarantee greater certainty on customs costs and simplify the delivery process.

Since the VAT is included but I live in an extra-UE country, what's my benefit?

All the shipping costs for extra-UE countries have been calculated with an extra discount to balance the VAT that is not applied to your country.

Is the VAT included? Is the shipment custom friendly?

Yes, the price includes VAT/Sales Tax. The difference in tax contributes to reduced shipping costs for other countries. The estimated VAT and taxes are based on the current period of the campaign. We do not assume responsibility for any fluctuations that may occur in the future.

What are the shipping fees? What if I take add-ons?

Do you have more details about the shipment? Will the add-ons be shipped separately from the pledges?

The pledges and add-ons will be shipped from Italy in a single shipment. This logistical decision allows us to ensure greater certainty regarding customs costs and simplifies the delivery process. We will send these parcels to our fulfillment partners in Asia, North America, and Europe, who will handle the final delivery.

How are you going to handle refunds?

Refunds are subject to Kickstarter Guidelines and are not possible AFTER THE END of the campaign. If you double pledged by mistake, we can refund 90% of the amount, keeping 10% to cover Kickstarter and Backerkit fees.

Can I take multiple copies of a pledge?

Yes, just select them as add-ons and choose the version dedicated to the correct shipping zone. The price of the add-on will be the same as the pledge + shipping cost.

When can I select my add-ons?

After the end of the campaign, you can manage the selection of the add-ons you want on our pledge manager (Backerkit).

Which language are the products available?

English is the only language available in the pledges of this campaign. Some of the add-ons are multilanguage or language independent.

How will you manage the customer service?

For our campaign, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to emails every day from 2 PM to 6 PM CEST. Responses will be issued based on the volume of inquiries received, and a ticket will be created for each request.

Cranio Creations is based in Italy and we manage replies from Monday to Friday, between 5 PM and 6:30 PM CEST. Please note that outside of these hours, we cannot guarantee an immediate response.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
